There are various ways to transfer fuel in KSP. Often, it's necessary to perform this maneuver at a space station or with an auxiliary vehicle in order to continue the mission.
You may want to connect two fuel tanks with a pipe, or simply transfer fuel between two spacecraft. In any case, the following are the most common and easy ways to do it.
To transfer fuel in KSP2, go to the toolbar (App bar) and click on the right icon. Next, select the 'Resource Manager', choose the two tanks involved in the fuel transfer, designate the 'in' (receiving fuel) and 'out' (losing fuel) options, and finally, click 'Start'.
To transfer fuel you need to dock your vehicle with another vessel. Once you have docked with the other spacecraft, to begin the fuel transfer, press 'Alt', and without releasing it, right-click on two fuel tanks. Press the 'in' button to refuel the tank, or the 'out' button to empty it.

This is one of the simplest ways to transfer fuel between two spacecraft. It also allows for the creation of 'space gas stations,' or waypoints where your rockets can stop to refuel.
It is also possible to transfer fuel by docking with an advanced grabbing unit. The process is exactly the same as when joining with a clamp-o-tron.

Another way to transfer fuel is through the use of a fuel duct. This allows for the connection of multiple fuel tanks within the same rocket or aircraft. An engine can be fed by multiple fuel tanks simultaneously, as the tank from which it is being fed is continually refueled by another tank.
